Website Design

1. we can’t guarantee every website will work with every browser / device combination. We devlop sites that work on Chrome and Firefox. Please note there are known issues with the Safari browser. We recommend not using this browser.

2. The website purchased if for a specific number of pages. This is a maximum of 5 pages, however, at our discretion, we may provide more free of charge.

3. We’re a marketing company first, and a web design agency second, please bear that in mind with regards technical problems, which we will use reasonable efforts to resolve.

4. Any images that you provide for us to use, you agree that you own the copyright for them, or have permission to use them. Any images used by ourselves will come from royalty free sites such as pexels.com or pixabay.com – you agree for us to use those on your site on your behalf.

5. We reserve the right to NOT use images that we may deem inapropriate, or that may make the creation of the website harder than it needs to be. Where possible, we will try and use all the images you provide us, but we reserve the right of refusal if the use of said images makes our web design efforts more difficult. Specific images that focus on a person not in the centre of the image, focus to one side, or the images simply don’t crop well on various devices may be declined usage.

Content Creation

1. We do not accept any responsibilities for errors and/or omissions. Mistakes can happen, and while we endeavour to ensure all content is correct, we expect some mistakes may creep into copy. To err is to be human.

2. Any images that you provide for us to use, you agree that you own the copyright for them, or have permission to use them. Any images used by ourselves will come from royalty free sites such as pexels.com or pixabay.com – you agree for us to use those on your site on your behalf.

3. That you do not hold us responsible for any mistakes that may be made in creating content, and posting on your behalf. If you prefer to see authorise any posts that go out, then we can allow that using our Sendible software. You should make us aware of that up front so we can enable that for you, however this may mean a delay in content being published.

Facebook Ads

1. Despite our reasonable endeavours, we cannot guarantee that we can help you sell more using Facebook Ads. Facebook Advertising is entirely based on the users, the product, the audience and the client doing the selling.
