Drawing from the psychological research of Carol Dweck and his own personal experience, Nick Sawhney talks about the Growth Mindset and how it should be used in daily life and public education.

Nick Sawhney is a senior in High School.

He has interests in Political Science, Psychology, and public speaking and debating.

He began high school as an unconfident student, but eventually realized the power of discipline and determination. Since, he has learned of approaches to education and life which make sure that everyone understands that talent isn’t something people are born with, but rather something that they earn.
