The mistakes people make in marketing

People creating content without their sales funnel in place, or anything to actually sell, or a well through through customer journey is DOOOMED for failure.


And the beauty of it is .. they’ll have absolutely no clue as to why that’s happened.

You need to understand the following

1. customer journey
2. how to get them into a conversation
3. what problem you’re solving for them
4. what the ‘touch points’ are going to be (ie content that covers several different areas)
5. How to get them to take the next step (it needs to be simple and non commital / threatening to them)

All of this should be drawn out on a piece of paper so you begin to understand what you need in place, what’s missing, where the gaps are and what you can do to plug them.

At that point, ONCE ALL THAT IS DONE, only then does sales actually become easier.

If you havent got that lot done, it’s MUCH, MUCH harder.
