If Facebook disapears tomorrow – you’ll still have your domain name and website – nobody can take that away from you easily.

We’ve owned our domain names for years, and the content has changed as we’ve changed, but we still own it.

Nobody can really come and take it away.  Whereas if Twitter goes down overnight, so has all your content.

Own it – keep it up to date, and send as much traffic to it as you can.

Also, I can;t tell you how many times Ive gone to someones website and wonder if they’re still in business or not.

The site looks like it was last touched in 1997, and it looks clunky and out of date – so I go somewhere else.  You don’t want that to happen.

A modern, up-to-date website is still paramount for business success in 2023.

It provides an advertising platform, a branding tool, a hub for customer engagement, a recruitment tool, a platform for partnerships, and an innovation conduit. In this transformative era of business, it is vital to not only maintain a website but keep it updated, relevant, and user-friendly.
