Quantum Workplace just released a new report, based on a survey among nearly 400,000 employees, that lists the 10 best cities for employee engagement.
To compile the list, Quantum evaluated the key factors affecting employee engagement. It looked at 37 “standard items” that fall into 10 areas of engagement, including perceptions of teamwork, manager effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, trust in co-workers, retention, alignment with goals, feeling valued, individual contribution, job satisfaction, and benefits.
