Whether you have goals or not will affect any successes you will have in the next 12 months.
But what goals should you be writing down ?
In this podcast, recorded at the end of 2018, I share some of my goals that you can use in your own life / business.
Take a listen and let me know what you think,
I use every trick in the book mindset wise.
Just getting that extra edge in how you feel each day (ideally without the need for coffee!) can mean the difference between being more motivated versus less motivated - and the work you do when you're more motivated is clearly going to be better
Some work, some don't.
This is one that works.
Gustatory Anchors - take a listen and find out what they are and how you can implement this technique in your life.
In today’s blog post, I’m going to be sharing a video by Goalcast to let everyone know that fear doesn’t control you, if and only if you don’t let it.

In today’s blog post, I’m going to be sharing a video by Goalcast which is the real deal when it comes to motivational compilations involving one of the best speakers.

Life is pretty short.
That’s for sure.
But it FEELS even shorter when we just 'Netflix and chill' - or we make the decisions not to go do the 'other stuff' because there is a part of us that's afraid.
Come and take a listen, and you'll see exactly what I mean !
Wherever you are right now, whatever you’re up to, whatever you’re doing; it s a result of the decisions and choices you have made thus far.
Wherever you are right now, whatever you're up to, whatever you're doing; it s a result of the decisions and choices you have made thus far.
There is of course an argument for saying 'it's not your fault' - and you would be right ... once.
You may lose your job. And it's awful when that happens. But you're still responsible for having a job job in the first place with no alternative income streams.
That's your choice. It's been your decision. You could cut the coffee, the booze, the netflix account, the debt, the car (buy a bike) - there are always difference options.
This, is why your reality is what you DECIDE upon and to MAKE IT be.
Take a listen.
A positive mindset is what keeps a person motivated and healthy in a mental and spiritual aspect- and if it’s that powerful, even physically. It gives someone a better view on life and other people, it keeps one kind and strong, and believe it or not, it drives on to be successful and happier in life.
With a consistent positive mindset, you’ll be so motivated that nothing can stop you.
So in this video, I show you how to build and maintain it over time.
Of course, having on rush of positivity is easy, the real challenge is maintaining it, and building it up to become a habit, until it embodies in you. That’s because life happens and in life, there are failures, downfalls, criticism and hate, and there’s nothing you can do to stop but having a positive mindset gives you more control over yourself so that those negative factors doesn’t control you.
It's not 20lbs overweight
It's not struggling for money all the time
It's not being fearful about the future.
Being the best version of you requires dedication, belief and actions repeated daily.
Take my gym for example - I got to the stage in my weight where I was unhappy with it. So now I'm dealing with it.
It's hard fucking work. Every single day.
Chocolate, donuts, pizza, bread; all gone 🙁
Sitting around watching Netflix (mostly gone!)
And in it's place is salmon and eggs for breakfast (every breakfast) after my 30 minute cardio session.
Then it's into doing some work on my business.
Then it's into workout 2 at 12.30 pm, 4 days on and then a day of rest lifting heavy weights.
Does it hurt ? Yep.
Do I want to take the day off ? Yep
Do I really not want to go to the bloody gym ? Of course I don't.
Then, after that - I go and shoot basketball for an hour.
Yep - 3 workouts a day - the whole lot takes 3 hours.
4 days on, 1 day off.
That's dedication. That's routine. But is it getting results? Of course - how can it NOT ?
Routine - day in, day out.
In my business, writing long form copy such as this - do I want to do it ? Not always.
Do I get results from it ? Yep.
My social media engagement increases, I get more friend requests and people follow me without requesting friendship on Facebook.
Does that content then go out to my email list? Yep.
And does that get results? What do you think !
Day in, day out.
That's what gets the results.
That's what will lead you to being the best version of you, whatever that may be.
Want to step up and be the best version of you ?
Come and spend two days with me in Spain, and let's map out your entire future and put the plan in place.
Your values are formed in your early years in what’s called your ‘IMPRINT PERIOD’ – these tend to stay with most people for the rest of their life.
It’s what makes a person because values are the basis of one’s judgments, actions, reactions, motives and motivations. In any aspects of life, values are always present, especially when trying to achieve an endeavor. For example, one of the person’s main value is money-making then you can say a person is driven financially and thus, they will most likely go after the result that makes them money.
Values, more or less, develop as the person grows and matures, however, that doesn’t really ensures one’s success granted that there are different results for different approaches with the values behind them.
So what this means is that literally, your results are born out of these values that are installed at a young age.
So unless you do some work around these, you’ll tend to get the same results.
There are exceptions of course, and doing things like learning new skills, and learning to focus better and work harder will help, but ultimately it’s your values that affect your results.
So – you can spend the rest of your life trying to make the change, or you can JUST MAKE THE CHANGE.
And thats where my Life Enhancement Activation Programme comes in.
Feeling like everything is hard to get through? Feeling like you can’t do anything anymore? Or just going through a rough patch?
Learn how to deal with this video.
Everyone goes through certain times wherein everything doesn't seem to go your way no matter how hard you try - even the most successful people and the one's who seem to have it all figured out.
We are struggle - that's the reality of being human.
No one is measured by the least amount of problems they face, in fact, a person is measured by the way they face their problems no matter how many.
I can do it. You can do it.
I will persist until I succeed. And I will succeed to persist more.
Success doesn't stop for anyone or anything and neither should you. If you keep your mind set, aim centered and locked, the only thing left to do is work for it, even if you fail, even if you fall, even if you get rejected, even if you get called crazy, persist.
One of the keys to success is to never give up, watch the video to find out more.
We’ve all been there at some point in our past, or possibly, you may be struggling with this as an issue right now. Or maybe, it’s something you may struggle with in the future.
For some, just getting out of bed is hard work, let alone starting a business.
In the video, I discuss 3 ways in which you can 'get started' again.
If you find that actually, you can get out of bed, but sometimes just struggle with the day to day, then this video will also help with some great advice on how to get you stronger, more motivated and ready to take some action.
I hope you enjoy it, and I know that for some people, the message hits home just at the right time.

Where does the actual results come from ?
Do you just wake up one morning and everything is just lined up in place perfectly for you?
Or does it take something more than that ?
Dreams are something we all have and sometimes they are called aspirations or goals, however you want to call them. It is a visualization of ourselves, what we are, what we have, where we are, how we're living: dreams visualize it for you, but it excludes the question, when do we get there/it, how do we get there/it because it is you -the dreamer- who answers that question, who puts action to it and most importantly, who gets there or who gets it.
That's how it works because dreams are better off just being dreams in a sleeping state until they become reality when you work for it every waking moment.

As a politician, Les Brown is a former member of the Ohio House of Representatives. As a motivational speaker, Les Brown uses the catch phrase "it's possible!" and teaches people to follow their dreams as Les Brown learned to do. Les Brown was the host of The Les Brown Show.
►Les Brown was born with Les Brown's twin brother, Wesley, in an abandoned building in a low-income section of Miami, Florida. Les Brown was subsequently given up for adoption and adopted by Mamie Brown, a 38-year-old single woman who worked as a cafeteria attendant and domestic assistant. Les Brown was declared "educably mentally retarded" while in grade school.
