When I look back at how I grew my multi-million pound property portfolio and think about all the HUGE amount of effort, set backs, problems it took to overcome I’m reminded at just how difficult this journey can be for those starting out.
But take a listen, and found out how I did it.
There is a direct correlation between the amount of hours you put in against the results that you get back out.
But there are other factors involved as well of course,
such as making sure you’re working on the right thing.

There are just so many to choose from.
Heck, I even saw an advert on Facebook "Become a life coach for just £25", it becomes almost impossible to find out who are the good ones and who are the bad ones.
So, naturally, as a top UK Business Coach, I give my advice on this topic 😉
As tempting as it is to go to the forums and try and get help for your problem, it’s really not going to help you in the long run.
It’s also going to leave you feeling inadequate as all the keyboard warriors give you advice and ‘common sense’ which is often inaccurate.
Worse, the advice can come from those who haven’t a clue what they’re doing and need some sort of significance in their lives.
It’s easier to criticise others than to build others up, and this is what tends to happen.

So what is it – well there was a myth going around the internet that in order to get someone buy, you MUST have a big red button.
But it turns out it was a myth, let me explain why.
Every one wants a Below Market Value Property Deal.
But are you missing out on a trick or two ?

If you find that your website isn’t converting well or doing well in one the online world, then could it possibly be that your website probably sucks?
Here's the good news - if it does - you can improve it.
Now your website not working could be down to many things - such as using the wrong strategy, or you’re not putting out enough content.
So don’t be let down by it because if it’s a problem there’s always a solution.
Just because your website isn’t doing well right now, doesn’t mean that it’s going to be that way forever, especially if you do something about it.

Building trust and credibility is vital for your business.
In fact, we use KLT a LOT (KLT Stands for Know, Like & Trust)
So as every, the first step is to get people to know that you actually exist.
The 2nd step is to hopefully get them to LIKE you.
If they don't then don't worry, as they have qualified themselves out before they waste your time finding out they don't like you !
It's always better to find that out first I find. Then finally, they want to be able to Trust you - and that's by just being you, talking about how your product or service can help, etc.
Anyway - one of the other big ways of getting people to find out about you is using a BOOK.

So what is the Windrush scandal?
It includes a number of immigrants who came to the UK called the Windrush generation and they were recently threatened with deportation. There were reports of people being asked to prove if they're British, which then caused a nationwide panic, especially to the oppressed due to this change of heart.
On a side note, is Education really that important in your journey in Business? We've been told that education is vital for every human being and I couldn't agree more, that's why it's a human right for have access to education. Not only does it give knowledge but it also can transform you greatly if you're an aspiring businessman.

When you focus on someone else’s business, you’re presenting yourself to a risk that you have ZERO control about.
It’s very common for people to lend a hand on a business for benefits and there’s nothing wrong with helping someone out, however, some people put so much focus on other people’s businesses when they really should be putting the focus on themselves.
Worst case scenario: you've put your all into a business that isn't your own, a business you have no complete control over, and then you run the risk of receiving less rather than gaining more.
If you can put so much effort in a brand that isn't yours, imagine the effort you'll exert in something you can call your own.
Also, you miss the opportunity, struggle and triumph of being your own company because you may fail but at least it's yours to rise back up.
A person can be brand, you can have credibility and thus the benefits will come forward – that is reason enough on why you should be focusing on you as a brand.
Benefits may include so much more than what working for a business offers and of course there’s the possibility of a downfall and you don’t want to go down with it.

Trust and credibility go hand in hand when it comes to business, especially in getting more loyal costumers. Getting your costumers to trust your brand, they will trust you more and trust that they will keep coming back. Not only that but that's also advertising right there for there's a possibility of them spreading good word about your business.
And if costumers trust you that means your brand can be trusted, that means credibility and I've talked about how important that is when it comes to being an Authority in Your Field in one of my videos. It means gaining more to progress since more costumer means more progress.
