As a Rockstar level Coach, helping you figure out what to do to build a network of new leads is something we do to help your business grow.
For example, it always starts with the offer, so make an offer to potential leads that is hard to refuse. This can be a discount, a give-away, or some source of information that they’ve been dying to have. It needs to be relevant to them, or else you’ll never get them to respond. Try a few different things to see what works the best. I normally go with a ‘Lead Magnet’ – this is something that entices the person to give you their email address and allows you to contact them later on and build trust, educate them and hopefully lead them to an eventual sale.

If digital advertising is something you are utilising, we often help clients set up landing pages for use by your potential leads. Landing pages help drive traffic to your website. You are being specific to their information needs. If you place a contact form on that page, it will certainly help generate leads, especially combined with a ‘Lead Magnet’. The more leads you have, the more chances of closing business.
Don’t forget to survey your current customers about where they typically congregate online. To generate quality leads, you need to understand where your audience hangs out. Once you know, get involved in that community any way you can. That may mean advertising or it may mean becoming a thought leader in the community.
Another great way to generate leads is to ask people you know for referrals. It doesn’t matter if you’re a wedding planner or a car salesman, let people know what you do and ask if they know anyone who may need you. They might not today, but they might in the future.
