Later this year, the House of Commons will receive a second reading of a bill which is designed to reduce homelessness.
It's partly based around changing the way a Section 21 can be used for eviction, and specifically, the way in which your local council will see the Section 21, and deal with your tenant.
Right now, they tell the tenant to simply 'ignore it', which is causing a LOT of problems for tenants, and then landlords, and then the next tenant who follows.
