So let’s say that you sourced these yourself. That means that you are getting £4,000 to £6,000 in cash from selling these two deals on.
Or, you could receive around £950 a month by keeping them for yourself.

So which one would you go for? If you don’t have the cash to buy outright or put a 25% deposit down then of course it will be to sell. The idea being of course that you put the money that you make to one side and start to save towards building your own property portfolio so that you have money coming each month without having to go out and chase it.
Imagine what it will be like after you’ve replaced your income with rental income. Wake up and feel like having a lie in that morning? Do it. Have an extra hour in bed. Have two if you like.
