So onto Day 25 (26th March 2018)

All feeling good – had a fabulous workout
– treadmill
– jump rope
-boxing bag work

then onto
– 30 pull ups (close grip)
– 30 barbell curls
– 30 alternate dumbbell curls

Tired my arms big time and really enjoying the workouts.

I had struggled over the weekend to maintain motivation, but got it back today quite easily.

Tomorrow i’m travelling to the UK, so that could be fun – and I’m fasting from 9pm tonight until Wednesday (well- that’s the plan – video on that soon Im sure!)
