Hey folks,
so after my day off, I felt soooo much better !
Back into it, but I’ve noticed in the skipping that my arch on my left foot is painful, so less skipping (just 3 mins per day).
Look – if I can do this – then you can too – I’ve got my measurements day on Friday (I do them once a week) – so we can see what results we’re getting from this.
But I can tell you without those measurements that there are differences, including, a much clearer mindset.
Getting physical really helps, and so you should try it too.
