And onto day 19 we go.
An enjoyable workout although i’m feeling fatigued at the moment.
– Bench press
(no boxing as I felt that needed a rest after 19 days of bag work with just one day off)
I also skipped the pull ups today and the barbell curls and just onto bench press.
I’m feeling fatigued. I’m getting the results, and I don’t want to over train.
I’m also having a complete rest for day 20 too.
Then back to it on Thursday the 22nd hopefully feeling refreshed !
