Ok so Day 8.
Starting to feel some changes already around the arms, shoulders and chest.
Obviously I’m a while away from SEEING the changes, but definitely feeling them.
Next week, my new piece of equipment arrives which is pull up and dips station with bench so I can also hit the bench press too.
Feels like I have my own gym in the basement, and I’m very happy with it all.
I watched the 4th Quarter of OKC whie running my 22 minutes treadmill session – so enjoyed that despite going from 10 minutes a session to 22 minutes.
