Yep – that’s Day 6 completed.

So I’ve gone from 10 minutes to 18 minutes on the treadmill in just 6 days.

I’ve ALSO lost almost 1KG.

yep – ONE WHOLE KG LOST !!

This thing works – who would have guessed !
