Get Shredded | Fat Loss For Busy People Day 4

Yep – I’ve lasted a WHOLE 4 DAYS !!

And the effects are starting to take shape already – with a half inch loss around the waistline.

This comes from

– Fasting 16 hours a day
– approx 3 litres of water per day
– cut down on sweets, chocolate and other rubbish
– running on the treadmill (14 mins today)
– jump rope work
– Boxing bag work

And today I added a Tabata set (basically 3 rounds of 5 different excercises) including kettle bell swings, barbell curls, pushups, etc
