Hey folks, Day 3 | Sunday morning- treadmill, jump rope and boxing bag work.
So it actually feels easier, and I’m starting to ache in various places which is a good sign it’s having an effect. it’s only Day 3 – so need to acclimatise to getting the work done again and working out as it’s been a while ! Join me in the Facebook group
