Todays workout was a bit later than my usual one, and I think that’s why I felt like I ‘couldn’t be bothered’.
That said, we did a great workout :
– 20 minutes treadmill
– 8 minutes skipping
– 3 minutes boxing bag work
– 10 wide grip pull ups (I managed just one last week!) – and we did them in sets of 2’s and 1’s this time but persisted until we got the 10,
– The 3 sets of bent over rows.
All felt much better after the training, compared with how I felt at the start of it (See video!)
