How To Lose Weight – Day 17
So, here we are on Day 17.
All feeling good, still feeling the changes happening just 3 weeks in. Remember, this is a lifestyle change for me, not just a weight loss goal.
I’m a lot clearer mentally and in a short sleeve shirt I put on last night, my arms actually filled the sleeves which is a first!
If you want to make a change in your life – be it work, business, love life, etc – then I can honestly say that starting with your health will begin to give you the confidence to do what you need to do.
