Yay – 2 weeks done so far.
I’m really starting to feel the differences, in particular I can see some definition on the abdominals on the sides – this clearly being a result of the boxing work.
I’m also reducing my calorie intake somewhat – more on that in a different video in a few weeks time once the results come in!
I’m enjoying the workouts, and just about everything is aching, so it feels like im doing some good work.
