So day 13 (Yesterday)

The new piece of equipment is up (pull up station), so made use of it for the first time with some chin ups.

I ran out of battery while filming – so that historic moment is lost in the sands of time I’m sorry to say.

You’ll be glad however, as my chin ups were fairly pitiful.

ANYWAYS !

The work out was :

  • 22 minutes run
  • 20 chin ups
  • 3 x 10 sets of curls.

I ended up editing the video the following morning, so I’m actually a day late on releasing it – but this morning my arms feel like they went through the shredding machine, which means whatever I’m doing is working !
