So after a good rest day, we’re back into it.

– 22 Minute run
– Skipping
– Boxing Bag work

then 3 rounds of 20 seconds

– pressups
– flyes
– curls
– kettlebell swings
– situps

A good session today, although it was later than normal which meant it was warmer than usual. This had a knock on effect of not doing the 26 minute run, and doing just 22 minutes.
