Watch Out For Those Investments !

Dismayed by the way in which some investments are marketed on LinkedIn by people who advise on ‘money’ on the tv, I thought I’d give my opinions and show you what to look for and what to avoid.

Due Diligence is more important than ever.

When I challenged this person, they deleted my comments and tried to insist I got a phone call to clear up any ‘misunderstandings’.

What a load of old rubbish.

I’m sure a 3% compunded return over 5 years may be acceptable for some people. But why hide the actual returns instead of making them clear enough for people to understand what they’re getting into ?

They then said they would re-instate the thread, but then of course never did (I’m not even convinced you can, so why say it) So it annoyed me lots, and I believe people must be putting their money into this type of investment.

I thought I could help more by creating this podcast to make people more aware of what they’re getting into.
