How long do I have to commit?
Just one month. You pay monthly in advance and can cancel at any time.
We do prefer clients to commit to 3 months because content needs time to build a consistent posting cadence, capture your voice properly, and start showing results. But it is not a requirement.
One month minimum, monthly thereafter.
How quickly will my content start going out?
Usually within 7 to 14 days of you providing brand assets, access to your social profiles, and a short intro call so we can capture your voice.
From there, content goes out every week without you needing to lift a finger.
Will I have approval over the posts before they go live?
Yes. Your first batch of posts is sent for approval so you can check tone, style, and branding.
Once you are happy, we move to a monthly review so you stay in control without needing to approve every single post.
What social platforms do you post to?
Your posts go out across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X and your Google Business Profile.
All five profiles are covered every week for the single £397 monthly fee.
Will the content sound like me or generic?
We take time during onboarding to capture your brand voice, values, and the way you speak about your business. Every post is written to sound like you, not a generic template.
If anything does not feel right, we adjust immediately.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees and no hidden extras. The £297 monthly fee covers everything.
If you need a brand identity rebuild before we start posting, we will quote that separately and let you know upfront.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel at any time after your first month. When you cancel, we stop posting.
You keep full ownership of your social profiles, Google Business Profile, and all the content we have created for you during the time you were with us.
