“Remember, Red, hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things, and no good thing ever dies” – The Shawshank Redemption
Hope IS a powerful thing, when used right.
Here’s how.
Take a listen.
We hear it all the time that “Millionaires” have multiple streams of income.
So what are the types of income that you can start creating for your self ?
It’s a guarantee if that if you’re a landlord with any size portfolio, that you’re going to run into a tenant that doesn’t pay.
When you get a large portfolio, this could even be as much as once or twice per month.
And it’s easy to get upset by it. So here’s what to do …
What we do in our present, will affect how we live our future, and the future of others.
What we do in our present, will affect how we live our future, and the future of others.
The words you use, the acts of kindness you give, they all have an effect both on yourself, and of course on others.
And when you can be the person that helps others, who in turn helps others, you can indirectly help people you've never seen or even knew existed.
Short podcast, but take a listen.
That means you need to warm them up.
That also means that your marketing probably isn’t working.
Take a listen and fine out what you can do to solve this problem.
Content – you know you should be putting more out there, but why aren’t you ?
Perhaps once you’ve heard WHY you should be putting out more content, you’ll change your mind and increase it.
I was working out my own yield on my property portfolio and I wondered how it compared with the average up and down the UK.
So I thought, let’s take a look !
Take a listen as I run through the average yields.
How do you compare ?
When I look back at how I grew my multi-million pound property portfolio and think about all the HUGE amount of effort, set backs, problems it took to overcome I’m reminded at just how difficult this journey can be for those starting out.
But take a listen, and found out how I did it.
The decisions you made 10 years ago (yes, even the minor ones) are responsible for where you are today.
The decisions you made 10 years ago (yes, even the minor ones) are responsible for where you are today.
And the choices that you are going to make today will affect where you end up in 10 or 15 years time.
So it's about time to take responsibility for those choices.
Take a listen.
If you’re in business, you’ll know how important it is to get your message out there.
The problem is, most business owners suck at it, don’t want to spend the money and end up giving up too soon.
There are always lots of rules.
Rules about losing weight, rules about being successful, and of course rules about money.
I've collated the 10 rules that have helped me in my success and wanted to share them with you.
If there was ever one ‘indicator’ as to your level of success over the next 5 to 10 years, it would be your daily habits.
So you go to a networking event and you come home and start running through the business cards.
So you go to a networking event and you come home and start running through the business cards.
There's only one problem, you can't match the face from a few hours (or a days!) earlier to the business card.
Why?
Because nobody has the picture on it !
Here's why you need to start putting your picture on your own business card.
“It’s only a car payment”
Right?
"Yeah it may be expensive, but I'm worth it"
Totally.
I 100% agree.
But realise what the financial consequences on this decision are, and appreciate how this one decision will affect your entire future.
Deep.
I have this conversation so many times.
Honestly.
Nobody cares about your logo but you.
And STOP deleting your content just because it either didn't get enough views, or because it's in the wrong order !
Nobody cares about that except you !
So I was asked to go to Los Angeles by a client at the last minute to help out with a marketing launch, to create content for them and to be on hand for best practice.
What I discovered while there about productivity and jetlag took me by surprise (and although this is meant to be a little bit funny, there are some great elements to it too!)
There is a direct correlation between the amount of hours you put in against the results that you get back out.
But there are other factors involved as well of course,
such as making sure you’re working on the right thing.
Distractions are everywhere in Business. From Social Media, to Netflix, to the people you hang around and interact with. So who, specifically, is the person that’s the most distracting?
How do you choose a Top UK Business Coach ?
There are just so many to choose from.
Heck, I even saw an advert on Facebook "Become a life coach for just £25", it becomes almost impossible to find out who are the good ones and who are the bad ones.
So, naturally, as a top UK Business Coach, I give my advice on this topic 😉
I’ll be honest, I get fed up of having to explain decisions, my wealth and where it came from, why I’m going to do something (or not doing something), or even explain my actions.
Enter your text here...It's just that
1) It's got nothing to do with anyone else
2) they may not understand it anyway in the CONTEXT of my own life
3) it's time consuming !
But sometimes it's hard not to listen to other peoples opinions, they're both so convincing, and so determined that their way of thinking is 'the truth', when actually, it's completely wrong.
So here's why I stopped explaining ...
Social Media can be a tough place to be, especially if you haven’t really gotten started yet.
So what can you do to improve your visibility out there in a sea of noise ?
Success is a poor teacher, and yet failure feels awful !
So where’s the happy balance between the two so that you keep moving forward but keep having the ability to learn (or gain experience) ?
As tempting as it is to go to the forums and try and get help for your problem, it’s really not going to help you in the long run.
It’s also going to leave you feeling inadequate as all the keyboard warriors give you advice and ‘common sense’ which is often inaccurate.
Worse, the advice can come from those who haven’t a clue what they’re doing and need some sort of significance in their lives.
It’s easier to criticise others than to build others up, and this is what tends to happen.
So I decided not to go to the Grant Cardone 10x event in Miami.
There are a number of reasons why, and actually having stayed home, I’m glad that I didn’t go (the event had a horrible echo if you were in the cheap seats, and so i don’t think the venue suited).
But even before the event, I had made a conscious decision not to go, and in this podcast I explain why.
Every body wants more website traffic (despite the fact that most people don’t even know how much traffic they’re actually getting!)
But more traffic always helps though right ?
So on this podcast I talk through how to get more website traffic going to your website regardless of where you start from.
