I mean - they've been on every training course possible and in fact they've turned in to seminar junkies.

So why are they not as successful as they should be then, I mean - they've got all the information they need right ?

1) Coaching - knowing to keep taking that step forward with focus and direction is paramount to success.

2) - Taking Action and implementing what they need to implement.
