Between 35 and 55? It’s downhill unless you do this one thing.
What you have to remember of course, is that we’re all going to be much older.
Once today has gone, that’s it.
Once this month has gone, you can’t run it again.
When the next 10 years have gone – they’re gone. The chances that you’ll be fitter than you are now in 10 years time is definitely reduced.
So if you’re between 35 and 50 right now – take a look at yourself.
Are you where you want to be, or do you want to get fitter, lose the weight and extend your number of livable years?
