Here's the good news - if it does - you can improve it.
Now your website not working could be down to many things - such as using the wrong strategy, or you’re not putting out enough content.
So don’t be let down by it because if it’s a problem there’s always a solution.
Just because your website isn’t doing well right now, doesn’t mean that it’s going to be that way forever, especially if you do something about it.

What’s one thing you can control in your life?
If you are in business and you feel that your success relies heavily on circumstance and luck, then there's something wrong with your current mindset, and with that mindset, you won't be getting anywhere near progress.
In business, (or life in general) you either control it or it controls you.
Always pick the latter.
This is so important, and when you start to understand this, the whole world of possibility opens up for you.
In this life, there are many things we don't get to control such as, the weather, our family, where were born and so many things.
And there are times that we dwell so much on that, it brings us down, makes us feel hopeless and makes us believe we're stuck in a rut.
Which is why it's always a relief to be reminded that there are things we can actually control, and a little reminder goes a long way.

At the moment he has nearly 19M subs and his view count on his recent uploads are equal to his sub count, in most cases, they’re more (which is a rarity on YouTube)

Everyone is worried about their social media ‘metrics’ – how many likes, who commented and so on.
But in business that's not the important thing - the important thing is the bottom line - are you in profit or not.
I've had people lurking on my social media for years and never liked or commented on anything, and then they still bought. They never even showed up in the metrics.
