Over the years, I have built up a great collection of property sourcers. The types of deals that I am sent on an almost daily basis are all special types of deals in one way or another. I get a lot of deals coming in at below market value (BMV) and also some, as you will see in the video, have very high yields.
These deals that come through go to my coaching clients to help them build their property portfolio. I believe in helping my property coaching clients to get the best deals and I don’t make any commission from doing that. This then ensures my clients that I am offering it to them because it is a good deal and gives the property sourcer the freedom to deal at a price of their choosing.
The more great property deals that my property coaching clients get, the more money they make and the happier they are. It’s a win-win situation for everyone involved.
Watch this video and I will tell you about one of the deals that I have received today in Liverpool that is paying an amazing yield.
Getting a great yield for such a little investment is going to help one of my coaching clients to get a great return on their investment. I have people that are always on the look out for more properties which is why I receive so many offers from property sourcers.
But I could always do with more great offers.
Become a Property Sourcer
If you have been looking to get into property but you are looking for a way to do it that:
- has a low point of entry
- you don’t need a mortgage
- provides a great return on deals
- has a hungry market waiting for what you have to offer
Property sourcing does all of the above. You could be sourcing deals and making some great cash returns with property sourcers earning between £1,500 and £5,000 per deal. As you saw in the video, you could take a deal like that one and make £3,000 to £4,000 just on that one deal alone.
Unsure About How To Become A Property Sourcer?
Becoming a property sourcer can be tricky if you don’t know enough about the business. If you go into it the wrong way or start underselling yourself and your deals then you aren’t going to get what you are worth.
A lot of it comes down to having the confidence and the knowledge on how to package your deals the right way and then get those deals out to the right marketplace. Having that knowledge in advance is going to save you a lot of time upfront.
I’m really big on saving time these days. I don’t want to be working more hours than I need to to find out something that I can learn from someone else.
To help you cut down that time it takes to learn about property sourcing, I have put together a webinar recording that I made showing you exactly how to become a property sourcer and get started quickly.
