In this video I am going through a deal that came in from a property sourcer. I am going through the details that I’ve been given and showing you how you as a property sourcer can make money on the deal.
With the great equity level that comes with this property, it would be very easy for someone to add value to this property and then sell it on. There is £42,000 of equity there so it gives a lot of scope to add into the property and still make a large return.
This is why you need to have a range of buyers in your database as a property portfolio. There are lots of people out there that specialise in a certain type of property so as you make more connections and find out what they are looking for you know who to go to first with a deal like this.

So as I said in the video, you can source properties for other people and make a good chunk of cash doing that. You can also keep some of the deals for yourself and start to build up your own property portfolio. That way you are making larger amounts of cash from the property sourcing and then you are also making a smaller income each month that builds as you add more properties to it.
If you keep doing this then you will eventually be earning as much, if not more, money from your rentals as you are from property sourcing. Once you’ve reached that point you can then decide if you want to keep sourcing new deals or just live on the rental income. Being in this position gives you a great amount of personal power. The ability to decide whether or not to work because you don’t need to.
